SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • We’re committed to doing business in integrity and making sure you’re satisfied with your experience and your purchase. We understand that returns and exchanges are necessary at times and we will be reasonable when situations occur. We will deal with returns & exchanges on a per order basis.

  • 14 day maximum exchange policy (all products are made to order).

Conditions of return

  • We typically only allow straight returns if the item is defective. We do allow exchanges or store credit due to buying the wrong size item.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept cancellations

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped out via USPS within 3-5 business days and will include a tracking number. We ship from the DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth, TX) area.
  • We are not responsible for stolen, lost, and/or packages sent to the wrong address that the customer provides us.
